BOC is a company I see myself growing my career as there are so many different roles to do, which is what makes working here so exciting.

I conceive, plan, strategize and implement process improvement ideas for the Procurement business unit. I really like the level of freedom to think outside the box, support from management and interacting with different stakeholders and personalities allows me to continue to develop my interpersonal skills.
