Steering the change in supply chain services
BOC offers end-to-end supply chain services. We
recognise the value of everyone’s contribution along
that chain and seek to make improvements wherever
possible. We’re constantly optimizing our cylinder
filling processes and enhancing our delivery
network. Our drivers - given their proximity to the
customer - have been involved in customer experience
initiatives such as the “Buddy” programme.
Non-customer facing employees were “buddied up” and
sent out on the road to see life through the eyes of
the front-liners!
