Theo Martin joined BOC in 2000 as part of the Graduate Development Program. He held roles in Operations as a Plant Commissioning Engineer and Production Engineer before moving into Sales and Marketing. He soon progressed into several senior commercial roles including Head of Bulk business and Head of MPG Business Development which he held for 3 years before taking up the Head of Bulk Business in China. This later expanded to include PGP and small onsite plant and later the healthcare business In China. 

In January 2019 Theo returned to Australia as Head of Sales and Marketing for the South Pacific.

He has a Bachelor of Commerce and first class honours in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Australia. He has also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management through Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM).
