Returns, Warranties and Refunds

Faulty or defective products delivered; products wrongly delivered to you or not what you ordered

If you wish to return or exchange your products, please contact us through Linde’s Customer Care Center by calling 1384 within 7 days of receiving the products or, in the case of faulty or defective products, within 7 days of you becoming aware of the fault or defect. Linde Thailand will discuss to make arrangements to have the product exchanged or returned for refund, provided that:

  1. It is a product sold on Linde Thailand’s eShop (http://www.linde.co.th/shop) and not one purchased by you either directly outside of Linde Thailand’s eShop (http://www.linde.co.th/shop).
  2. The product(s) are returned in the same condition that they were received in with any original packaging (except in the case of products that became faulty or defective later during the warranty period).
  3. You must provide a copy of the Linde Thailand Invoice and the Delivery Docket for the products as proof of purchase.
  4. Product returns will be investigated and approved by Linde Thailand before any refund is given. Linde Thailand reserves the right to charge for the back-and-forth transportation fee of products applicable to the return process and may also charge a restocking fee.

Products with specific warranty advertised / when listed and for Promotions or Campaigns

Some products carry a product specific warranty in addition to Linde Thailand’s normal claim policy. This will be stated on the product page as advertised in the Linde Thailand listing or on any specific promotion or campaign when the product is sold. If no warranty is stated on the product page when the product is listed then the normal returns, warranties and refunds policy applies.
