Industrial gases can be supplied using a range of different options including cylinders that can operate at very high pressures to storage vessels which hold liquefied gases at cryogenic temperatures.

In cylinder form, BOC supplies atmospheric gases such as oxygen, argon and nitrogen; fuel gases including dissolved acetylene and propane; and other gases such as hydrogen, helium and carbon dioxide. Cylinders are the ideal means of supply for smaller volumes of gas, offering flexibility of demand.

Alternatively, many gases, liquefied at low temperature can be supplied either in small cryogenic vessels or in large storage vessels capable of holding ten’s of thousands of litres of liquefied gas.
On-site supply systems are available and are built around standardised components to ensure maximum cost efficiencies. Solutions are available for the production of nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen.
