- Select Order History to find and view the status of your order
If you have placed your order online or provided your email address when ordering via Customer Service or in-store, once your gas cylinder delivery is scheduled, you will receive an email confirming a delivery time to the email address listed on your order. Your items will arrive within the 2 hour timeframe communicated.
Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes impact our ability to deliver when we say we will and on these occasions we will contact you with further information.
