The buyer may claim that delivered gas or dry ice is wrong, only if the buyer has announced this to Linde without delay after they noticed or should have noticed the defect. The complaint must contain a description of the defect.
If the buyer do not claim the refund within one (1) year of the delivery, they loses the right to claim the refund.
If the buyer requests a refund and there is no defect that Linde Canada is responsible for, Linde Canada is entitled to compensation for the work and costs that the complaint caused Linde Canada.
