1. How do I sign in?

Click the Sign In button on the right hand side of the page and enter your email address and password to continue. Please note that the password is case sensitive.

2. How do I sign out?

Sign out of your account by selecting the sign out link from under the "My Account" icon on the top right corner. We recommend you always use the sign out link rather than just closing your browser window for increased security. Your session will automatically timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity and will require you to sign back in to continue with account access.

3. I've forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password you can use the Forgotten Password link to request a password reset. You will receive an email with a temporary password that will be sent to your email address as provided in your registration profile. Follow the link in the email that will prompt you to change your password.

4. Can I change my username?

Unfortunately you're unable to change the email address you have registered as your username. If you forget your username/email address you will need to either complete the Contact Enquiry Form or call our customer service team on +852.2372-2288.

5. How do I change my password?

Your password can be changed in your account profile once you've logged in.

To do this select the My Account icon, then go to 'My Account Profile', then select 'Contact Information' and click the 'Change Password' button.

6. What format should my username be?

Use your email address as your username.

7. What format should my password be?

Passwords need to be at least 8 characters and must follow these rules:

• Your password is case sensitive.
• You should include at least 1 letter and number
• Minimum of 3 consecutive letters or numbers
• Your password cannot be the same as your username
• Your password cannot have been used previously
• Your password will not expire, however, is managed by you through your account profile.

8. My account has been locked, what should I do?

Your access to Linde HKO eShop will be automatically locked if you exceed 10 failed attempts when entering your log in details. If you are locked out you will need to contact our customer service team on +852.2372-2288 or use our Contact Enquiry Form.

9. I'm experiencing technical problems with your website, what should I do?

10. How do I search Linde HKO eShop?

To search for words or phrases:
Enter a word or phrase in the search box and click on the search icon. For example 'oxygen cylinder' will return all results with the words 'oxygen' AND cylinder in either the title, short or long description.

To search for exact words or phrases:
Enclose your search phrase in quotation marks for example "oxygen cylinder" and Linde HKO eShop will search for the exact phrase rather than interpreting it as the separate words 'oxygen' and 'cylinder'.

Search with wildcards:
It's possible to use * to return unknown characters in the search term. For example, enter the term oxy* in the search box and Linde HKO eShop will return 'product', 'oxygen', 'O2' and other words beginning with 'oxy'.

11. How do I register for Linde HKO eShop and My Account access?

To register for Linde HKO eShop please Click Here and complete registration.

12. Do I need to have an Linde HKO account to purchase online?

To register for Linde HKO eShop you will need to be an existing Linde HKO account customer. By registering you will be able to place your gas and equipment orders online, and view your cylinder holdings, invoices and account balance.

If you are a new customer you will need to open an Linde HKO gas account by completing the account opening form. For more information, see Opening an account.

13. Why can't I purchase all gas products online?

Some gas products are restricted, these products consist of medical gases, long lead time products, special gas products, discontinued, toxic, or rentable. To enable purchase of these products, please please email eshophko.lg.cn@linde.com or contact our customer service team on +852.2372-2288.

14. How do I open an account with Linde HKO?

To open a new account with Linde HKO you will need to complete an Account Application Form.

According to the documents below,please attach together and send email to eshophko.lg.cn@linde.com or fax to +852.2372-2508:

By company: copy of Business Registration Certificate.
By personal: HKID copy, a proof of address supporting copy, such as a recent utility bill.
