1. How do I change or update my contact details?

Your contact details can be changed in your account profile once you've logged in.

To do this select the My Account icon, then go to 'My Account Profile', then select 'Contact Information'.

2. How do I change or update my delivery details online?

If you are an existing Linde HKO account customer you will not be able to update your delivery address details online. You will be able to send a request to our Customer Service Centre by using the Contact Enquiry Form.

3. How do I change my access rights for my online account?

Please call our Customer Service Centre on +852.2372-2288 and they will be able to discuss permissions for the account.

4. Can I view orders and deliveries for orders placed over the phone or in-store?

Yes, your entire order and delivery history is available online regardless of how you placed the order. Also any repeat orders, where you have previously placed them over the phone can now be made easily online using the repeat order feature that enables you to add line items to your shopping cart from an existing order.

To view your order history select My Account, then Orders and Deliveries where you can search through your historical records using either your Linde HKO order reference number, delivery note reference or your PO or reference number.

5. How can I close my account?

Your account cannot be closed until all cylinders have been returned to Linde HKO. Please call the Customer Service Centre on +852.2372-2288 to make arrangements for an account closure and full cylinder collection.

6. How do I query my balance?

Your account balance can be viewed in your account profile once you've logged in.

To do this select the 'My Account' icon and select 'Balance & Statements'.

7. Why is my account on order block?

Your account could be blocked from ordering for several reasons:
• If you have exceeded your credit limit.
• If during checkout your order total takes you over your credit limit the order will be put on hold and you will be notified on the acknowledgement page and you will be contacted by our Customer Service Centre.

8. How can I pay my invoice?

You can pay on issue of invoice by cheque, direct debit or bank transfer.

As a registered user with an existing Linde HKO account, any gas you order online will be added to your account and payable in accordance with your payment terms. If you do not pay your bills on time this may affect your ability to order or receive products from us. It is therefore very important that if you are unable to pay for any reason you contact our Customer Service Centre on +852.2372-2288 to discuss the matter.

9. How do I set up Direct Debit?
