We have phased out support for older browsers. Supporting older browsers limits our ability to develop new technologies to make your BOC website experience better and more secure. The vast majority of our users are on modern browsers, and by focusing our development on these modern browsers, we are able to more quickly enhance the BOC website experience for most of our users.
Does this mean boc.com.au doesn't work in older browsers?
No, but does it mean that some features may not be available or fully functional in unsupported browsers. If you are using an older browser and experience technical difficulties, please try a different/newer supported browser before contacting Customer Service.
Yes you do. You need to be an existing BOC customer to be able to get access to My Account and online purchasing.
If you are not a current BOC account holder you will need to open a new account prior to registering for online access.
2. When the ‘Contact Us’ screen appears, fill out
your details, including your BOC account number. Click
‘Submit’ when you have completed the online form.
3. Within 48 hours, a Customer Service
Representative from BOC will email you with your
username (your email address) and a password to access
our online facilities.
Once you have received the
email with your account details you have everything you
need to log onto the Shop.
You can change your password in your profile once you log in. To do so, please follow the steps below:
1. Click the Log in link in the website header
2. Enter your username and existing password
3. Click My Account in the website header
4. Click Account Profile in the left hand navigation panel
5. Select Contact information where you will find an option to change your password.
Resetting your password is easy.
When the ‘Reset my password’ screen appears, enter your username and click ‘Submit’. We will email you a temporary password to your email address. You can then log in where you will be prompted to change your password to something of your choice.
Your username is the email address associated with your BOC account. If you are still unsure, please contact customer service.
YES, while the default for usernames is your email
address, you can request this be changed to something
else.
To do this, please contact our customer service team.
Yes, your username will remain the same and you will automatically be sent a new password to access the new website.
However, your purchase history and order templates from the old website will no longer be available to access. We apologise for this inconvenience.
1. Type a search term into the search box located on
the left hand side of the top menu bar.
2. Press enter on your keyboard or click the
magnifying glass button.
3. The search results page will appear showing you
all the matching results.
1. Once you have found the product you wish to
purchase simply click the ‘Add to Cart’ button displayed
next to the product. Make your selections and click ‘Add
to Order’.
2. Once you’ve added the item to your shopping cart
you can keep on browsing the BOC shop until you are
ready to checkout.
3. You can view your shopping cart at any time
during your shopping process by simply clicking the
‘Shopping cart’ button located on the top menu bar.
Click ‘Shopping cart’ located at the top right hand corner of your screen above the ‘Log in to Shop’ box. A list of the products that you have selected will appear on the ‘Current order’ page.
1. Click the ‘Checkout’ button located on the top
menu bar.
2. When the ‘Current order’ page appears, review
your products and select the ‘I confirm I have checked
the empty cylinder quantities in my order’ box located
at the bottom of the page.
3. Click the ‘Continue to delivery options’
button.
4. The ‘Delivery’ page will appear. If you have any
special delivery instructions please enter them on this
page.
5. Click the ‘Continue to payment options’
button.
6. You will now be directed to the ‘Payment
options’ page. You can choose to pay by BOC account or
Debit/Credit card.
7. Once you have confirmed your payment method,
click the ‘Continue to order summary’ button.
2. Click on ‘My Account’ located on the top menu bar.
3. When the ‘My account’ page appears click on ‘Orders and Deliveries’ located on the left hand side of the screen.
4. When the ‘Orders and Deliveries’ page loads, select the order you wish to replicate by pressing the radio button.
5. Click the ‘Repeat selected order’ button located at the top right of the order list.
6. A box will pop up saying ‘Please note you already have items in your shopping cart, do you wish to continue and add these items?’ Click the ‘Continue to add to cart’ button.
7. Click the ‘Checkout’ button located on the top menu bar to confirm that the items have been added to your cart.
8. The ‘Checkout’ page will appear and should display the repeat order you selected earlier.
9. Continue through the checkout process as per usual.

2. Click on ‘My Account’ located on the top menu

3. The ‘Orders & deliveries’ page will
appear.
4. From here you can search by reference number
using the text box or select the account that you would
like to look at.
5. You can also view the status of an order and
specify the period that you would like to restrict the
search to by selecting the start date and the end date
and pressing the ‘Update’ button.

3. When the ‘My account’ page appears click on
‘Account Profile’ located on the left hand side of the
screen.
4. Click ‘Delivery information’.
5. You can view your available delivery addresses
in the drop down box.

2. Click Sign In in the website header. Alternatively, you can also enter your username and password and click Login in the login panel on the homepage.

5. Click Invoices (You must have access to view invoices on the BOC website in order to view the Invoices option.)
6. Enter the invoice number and click the Go button (You don't have to enter any other information such as the date range or status of the invoice).
7. The invoice will appear in the invoice list section. Click the document icon to display the invoice as a PDF document.

2. Click on My Account located on
the top menu bar.
3. When the My Account page
appears click on Balance &
Statements located on the left hand side of
the screen.
4. When the My Account page
appears you can select the appropriate account from the
drop down box.
5. Click the View and pay
invoices button located at the bottom of
the page.
6. Select the invoice by ticking the box to the
left of the invoice details.
7. Click the Settle selected
invoices button.
8. When the Payment details page
appears you can type in any payment instructions into
the text box.
9. Click the Continue to payment
button located at the bottom of the page.
10. When the Payment options page
appears type your credit card security code into the
text box.
11. Click on the Continue to payment
summary button located at the bottom of the
page.
12. Click on View payment details
to see the details of your transaction.
13. Click Print this page to keep
a copy of the payment for your reference.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for invoice payments.
1. Log in to the BOC shop.
2. Click on ‘My Account’ located on the top menu
bar.
3. When the ‘My account’ page appears click on
‘Account Profile’ located on the left hand side of the
screen.
4. Click on ‘Payment card information’.
5. Click on ‘Add new payment card’ located at the
bottom of the page.
6. Enter your credit card information. You will
need to fill out payment card type, payment card number,
cardholder’s name and expiry date (Please note: if you
wish to make this card you default payment card please
tick the box).
7. Click the ‘Add card’ button to save the new
credit card details.

3. When the ‘My account’ page appears click on
‘View cylinder holdings’ located at the bottom of the
page.
4. Your current cylinder holdings will be
displayed.
