General cargo and freight services - Deliveries to Linde Gas Germany.
General cargo and cargo traffic - deliveries for Linde GmbH (all Linde companies based in Germany) hereinafter referred to as LINDE.
"FCA" or "EXW" deliveries for LINDETo further optimize LINDE's procurement logistics, the logistics service provider "Transporeon" was commissioned with the management of all forwarding and freight services in national and international general cargo and cargo traffic. The following forwarding and freight services are handled via this “routing order process”:
- General cargo from 31.5 kg to 2,000 kg chargeable weight; within Germany and EU countries (except third countries)
- Part and full loads> 2,000 kg chargeable weight; within Germany and the EU countries (except third countries)
In logistics, all types of goods that can be transported on a “piece” in a dimensionally stable loading unit are referred to as general cargo. For example, containers as boxes; loaded pallets, machine and / or plant parts; electric wire rolls; rolls of paper or sheet metal and drums.
Not considered general cargo are e.g. gases or liquids; sand, coal, grain and comparable solids, which are transported in transport vehicles or units without their own containers.
The “routing order” regulation applies to the following Linde companies of Linde GmbH:
- Geschäftsbereich Linde Gas, Seitnerstraße 70, 82049 Pullach
- Linde Gas Therapeutics GmbH, Mittenheimer Str. 19, 85764 Oberschleißheim
- Linde Gas Produktionsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG; Seitner Str.70, 82049 Pullach
- Hydromotive GmbH & Co.KG, Spergauer Str. 1a, 06237 Leuna
- Linde Electronics GmbH & Co. KG, Seitnerstraße 70, 82049 Pullach
- Linde Gas Headquarters, Seitnerstraße 70, 82049 Pullach
Affected by the above rules are all "FCA" or "EXW" deliveries with a gross weight of more than 31.5 kg or that cannot be transported with a parcel service provider for other reasons.
Shipments for which a “free delivery” clause has been agreed on with the responsible purchasing department are initially excluded from this regulation. All other "FCA" or "EXW" deliveries ordered by LINDE with a gross weight of more than 31.5 kg may only be processed via the service provider mentioned.
Please use the appropriate notification form for the respective LINDE company to properly register your shipments. The invoice address can be found in the order.

We would like to point out that all additional costs arising from non-compliance with this shipping instruction, in particular
- Commissioning another transport service provider
- Costs due to incorrect shipment registration or incorrect shipping documents will not be accepted [by LINDE]

Instructions for processing the routing orderFor a smooth process, please note the following points:
- Shipment notification
- For the notification, please download the corresponding notification form from this website and send it to the e-mail address: LogisticandTransportation@linde.com at least 24 hours before the delivery date
- Euro Pallets
Please make sure that the delivery is not made on Euro pallets, as a pallet exchange is not possible. Should you nevertheless use Euro pallets, these become the property of LINDE upon delivery. We suggest you use only disposable pallets. - Shipment Handover
The consignment must be ready for collection no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of the handover, or you must state the exact time on the notification form when the goods can be picked up on the day of collection. Costs resulting from the delays on the supplier side are not borne by LINDE but passed on to the respective supplier.
