Receive your invoices electronically
Electronic invoicing is an environmentally friendly and fast way to receive invoices. Receiving, paying, and archiving invoices becomes easier:
● Paying the invoice is easy and safe.
● Possibility of an electronic invoice archive - no more lost invoices.
● Automatic processing reduces the possibility of errors.
Electronic invoicing is free of charge, but we charge 7.90 € (+ VAT 25.5%) for paper invoicing.
Corporate customers

Private customers
We recommend e-invoicing, which is easy to start using:
● Enter into an e-invoicing agreement with your own bank.
● Choose Oy Linde Gas Ab in the invoicing service provider directory.
● Use your customer number (an 8-digit number located on the top right of the invoice) for identification.
Detailed instructions on switching to e-invoicing and additional services offered by your bank can be found on your online banking site.
