Whether you are looking for a process to remove odors, treat volatile fatty acids, remove micro-pollutants, achieve optimal biological oxygen demand, control wastewater or raw water pH, or re-mineralize water, Linde can support you with various application techniques designed to produce the best results cost-effectively.
Our SOLVOX® technology supports your plant's aerobic treatment needs, while the SOLVOCARB® range offers versatile solutions for neutralization and remineralization using carbon dioxide. We also design and deliver oxygen supply systems and oxygen recycling for ozone production, which can save up to 60% of oxygen.
SOLVOX®
SOLVOX mobile is our latest technology developed for small to medium-sized wastewater treatment plants that experience challenges during summertime due to higher oxygen demand or maintenance of aeration equipment. The free-floating unit is also suitable for challenging shaped tanks.SOLVOX dissolution hoses provide a cost-effective solution for oxygen dissolution into various deep tanks or basins. Maintenance needs are minimal since no external energy is required, and the hoses remain unclogged even during prolonged periods of use.
SOLVOX in-line injectors can be used in pressure wastewater treatment in the pipeline. Oxygen injection directly into the pipeline can prevent corrosion and odor problems commonly caused by anaerobic wastewater processes.
SOLVOX reactor is available in eight different capacities and can be integrated into either the main or sidestream. Oxygen mixes in the reactor with very little mixing, making the solution ideal for raw water treatment.
SOLVOCARB®
SOLVOCARB mobile is Linde's technology developed to support small to medium-sized plants seeking a safe and accurate adjustment option for mineral acids. It is easy to install and also suitable for challenging shaped tanks thanks to its floating structure. The device requires minimal maintenance and energy consumption, making its operating costs low.SOLVOCARB venturi is a low-pressure dissolution device that can be utilized in both gravity-flowing or pressurized systems. It dissolves carbon dioxide into the flowing water effectively, providing high mass transfer rates. The device is suitable for various applications that require precise pH control and can be installed in existing systems.
SOLVOCARB dissolution hoses provide a cost-effective solution for the dissolution of carbon dioxide into various deep tanks or basins. Maintenance needs are minimal since no external energy is required, and the hoses remain unclogged even during prolonged periods of use.
SOLVOCARB in-line injectors are used for direct carbon dioxide injection into the pressurized pipeline. The device can be used in batch mode by feeding carbon dioxide into the recycle pump's pressure side or continuously by feeding carbon dioxide directly into the main line or its branch.
SOLVOCARB reactors are used in drinking water applications where carbon dioxide is wanted to be added to raw water for pH adjustment or remineralization. The reactor is available in several sizes and can be integrated into either the main or sidestream.
