Safety is one of Linde's values and a prerequisite for all our operations

We at Linde always prioritize safety. We believe that all accidents can be prevented and we want to ensure that all our employees, customers, and partners return home safely after every workday.

Our safety, health, and environmental policy is unambiguous: at Linde, we do everything we can to ensure that our operations do not harm people, the environment, or communities where we operate. We are constantly working to improve our safety culture around the world.

We at Linde ensure that all our gas operations meet the highest international safety standards and best safety, health, environmental, and quality practices. Our gas cylinders are designed and manufactured according to the European standard EN 1089-3. In our fill plants, each gas cylinder is always checked during refilling and cylinders are regularly maintained. Our employees and partners receive regular safety training. We require the same safety practices to be followed by all our subcontractors and partners. Many of our products and applications are designed to improve safety for people or the environment.

Safe handling of gases

All gases have natural hazards. Even oxygen and nitrogen, which we breathe daily, can be deadly if handled improperly. Therefore, it is important to identify the characteristics and risks of gases.
